| Duties: | Responsibilities for this position include: supervise, train and inspect the day to day operation and performance of all Dempsey's Steak House staff in addition to producing Profit and Loss Statements and budgets. Hours may vary between 2:30pm and 1:00am and will include weekends. |
| Qualifications: | Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience (preferably in a Steak House environment), superior knowledge of wines and managing of a wine list, the ability to provide strong leadership and an engaging personality to assist in creating a memorable guest experience and generate repeat business. |
