| Duties: | Responsibilities include: select, clean and prepare fruits and vegetables; produce salads, fruits, vegetables, cheese, meat mirrors and trays for Banquets and buffets ensuring items are displayed neatly and attractively in addition to making sure all areas of work station and equipment is clean and sanitized. Shift is primarily 7:00am - 3:30pm, but may vary during peak season.

| Qualifications: | Candidate must have good communication skills and possess at least one - two years experience in Garde Manger. |
