| Description: | To assist all guests with the check in/out process in an efficient and professional manner. |
| Duties: | The Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel in addition to posting charges to guest rooms and verifying credit cards. The Agent also acts as a liason for all other departments within the resort to assist in distributing accurate information to guests in addition to rectifying any questions or concerns. Must be flexible between both shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm and 3:00pm - 11:00pm. |
| Qualifications: | Excellent verbal and communication skills are required. Candidate must be able to multi-task and have computer knowledge. Previous hotel experience and knowledge of SMS system preferred. |
