| Duties: | Responsibilities for this position will include: supervision and training of all dishwasher and runner staff, ensures the highest levels of sanitation for all kitchens, and asissts in controlling breakage and damage of all China and Glassware. Flexible scheduled between the hours of 7:00am and 3:30pm. |
| Qualifications: | Candidate must have two years supervisory experience, knowledge of janitorial equipment and the ability to work with chemicals. |
