| Description: | Responsible for the supervision of the A.M. Tropics Restaurant staff to ensure all food is prepared following recipes and yield guidelines according to department standards. |
| Duties: | Preparation of food items in addition to maintaining control charts to attain forecasted food cost and minimize waste as well as supervising thd training staff. Candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. |
| Qualifications: | Candidate must have strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills (verbal and written.) Previous restaurant and supervisory experience in an upscale setting required. |
