Description:Assist the Pastry Chef as required to ensure optimum service to guests.
Duties:Assemble cakes, cut and bake cookies. Assemble tart and pie shells.

Hours are from 7:00am-3:30pm; Weekdays and Weekends. Must be flexible.
Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months experience in a commercial or hotel bakery or 1 year of culinary school. Must have basic knife skills.
