| Duties: | Assemble cakes, cut and bake cookies. Assemble tart and pie shells.
Candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, but primarily days with some early morning hours and ability to work weekends.

| Qualifications: | Minimum of 6 months experience in a commercial or hotel bakery or 1 year of culinary school. Must have basic knife skills. |
