| Duties: | Assemble cakes, cut and bake cookies. Assemble tart and pie shells.
Hours are from 7:00am-3:30pm; Weekdays and Weekends. Must be flexible.

| Qualifications: | Minimum of 6 months experience in a commercial or hotel bakery or 1 year of culinary school. Must have basic knife skills. |
