| Duties: | Manage turf technicians, auto technicians and parts personnel, including the preparation of periodic job evaluations
Maintain service records for 200+ pieces of equipment, control and maintain parts inventory for turf equipment, auto and light truck
Control and maintain tool and equipment inventory
Work within given monthly budget guidelines
Advise annual budgeting needs for equipment, tools, supplies, fuel and lubricants
Research and purchase new equipment, parts, tools, grounds maintenance,supplies, golf course supplies and construction material
Work closely with Grounds Office Administrator to process all vendor purchase requisitions and invoices
Generate requisitions for vendors and maintain file for vendor purchases
Travel to Tampa and surrounding areas to facilitate equipment repairs/emergency requisitions of materials/coordination of special projects

| Qualifications: | Able to manage and coordinate all types of vehicle maintenance and repair, including turf, light truck, automobile and tractor (fuel and diesel engines).
Able to manage 6 or more people, maintain parts inventory and work within a given budget.
Knowledge of rules for proper waste disposal compliance.
