| Description: | To provide exceptional guest service to guests in front office registration. |
| Duties: | Agent will be responsible for checking our Resort guests in and out of the Resort. Handle cash transactions between the guest and the front desk. Ability to multi-task when there is a heavy check in and check out and phones are ringing. Ability to speak clear and precise. Excellent customer service skills a must! |
| Qualifications: | Previous guest service experience required, prior hotel front desk experience preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, from 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. |
