| Duties: | This is a cook position within our culinary team at Dempsey's Steak House Restaurant and is responsible for: preparing all major food items including sauces, steak, seafood, soups and vegetablesin addition to maintaining a high degree of cleanliness throughout the cooking area. Shift required is primarily 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm but may require some late evenings.

| Qualifications: | Candidate must have strong a la carte skills, timing and execution, as well as the ability to handle a busy environment and produce menu items without supervision. Current in culinary trends and knowledge. |
