| Description: | To ensure food quality and superior presentation. Positions available in Banquets, Tropic's Restaurant and Dempsey's Steak House. A.M. and P.M. shifts available. |
| Duties: | Responsbilities include preparing all major food items including sauces, steak, seafood, soups and vegetables in addition to maintaining a high degree of cleanliness throughout the cooking area. |
| Qualifications: | Candidates must possess previous culinary experience and the ability to multi-task in a busy kitchen environment. Some opportunities require more extensive experience in an upscale environment to include having strong a la carte skills, excellent timing and execution and knowledge of current culinary trends. |
