| Duties: | Resonsible for removing trash and maintaining cleanliness of all areas of food and beverage in addition to assisting with sanitizing pots, pans, dishes, silverware and glasses. Comply with the Green Environmental Program and Standards. Shift required is primarily 7:00am to 3:30pm. |
| Qualifications: | Ability to lift and push a moderate amount of weight and utilize chemicals. |
