| Description: | To add administrative support with all daily functions to the Sales Department.

| Duties: | This position will be administrative support for two Sales Managers in a fast-paced Sales environment. The positon requires professionalism, excellent verbal and written skills and a commitment to our clients. Responsible for communicating accurate written information to clients and providing quick turnaround. Establish, maintain and update files, database, records and/or other documents. Administrative support - word processing, faxing, filing, composing and editig correspondence, assisting with special events and various projects.
Must work as a team player, assisting any member of the staff as needed. Shift required is 8:30am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. |
| Qualifications: | Candidate must be a high school graduate or have equivalent degree.
Candidate must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task due to fast paced Sales environment.
Excellent computer skills required - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Delphi or smilar database experience preferred but not required.
